ANC Gate & Overhead Door Maintenance Solicitation

Background
The Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) is the nation's most sacred shrine and the final resting place for military and civilian leaders. It conducts over six thousand funerals and numerous ceremonies annually, requiring the highest standards of maintenance for its facilities.

This contract aims to ensure the safe and continuous operation of gates and overhead doors at ANC, which are critical for managing the flow of visitors and ceremonies.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, licenses, and any other items necessary to perform preventive maintenance services on gates and overhead doors at ANC. Services include:

1. Quarterly preventive maintenance on thirteen (13) gates and fifty-two (52) overhead drop-down doors.
2. Regular recurring inspections, adjustments, lubrications, repairs, and parts replacements necessary to ensure continuous safe operation.
3. Emergency service calls for repairs and parts as needed.
4. The contractor must develop an inspection plan covering all required services with documentation of inspections performed.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a 12-month base period with two additional 12-month option periods, totaling a maximum of 36 months.
