It extends the proposal due date to 08 April 2025.Amdendment 0001 updates the Past Performance Questionnaire submission time and date.AMP is a suite of tools supporting analysis of the joint deployment distribution enterprise (JDDE). Tools range from complex simulation and optimization modeling environments to highly detailed simulation tools. The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Joint Distribution Process Analysis Center (JDPAC) is the functional manager for the AMP program, and the tools within the suite include:? AMP-Core? Air Refueling Model (ARM)? AMP-Port Analysis Tool (AMP-PAT)? Rapid Course of Action (COA) Analysis Tool (RCAT)? Joint Mobility Closure Estimator (JMCE)? AMP-Transportation Feasibility Assessment (AMP-TFA)AMP is a transportation modeling and simulation framework used to obtain an end-to-end simulation of the Defense Transportation System (DTS). AMP supports transportation enabler requirements during Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data development processes and provides throughput analysis for airports and seaports. This requirement will have 12 task areas: Contract and Program Management, Technical Support for Studies and Analysis, Requirements Management, Support for Design and Development, Software Maintenance, Application Administration, Security Engineering and Cyber Security Requirements, Support for Annual AMP Contingency Plan Review, Configuration Management, Sustainment Enhancement, New Capability, and Cloud Migration.

Background
The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Joint Distribution Process Analysis Center (JDPAC) is the functional manager for the AMP program, which is a suite of tools supporting analysis of the joint deployment distribution enterprise (JDDE). The AMP suite includes tools such as AMP-Core, Air Refueling Model (ARM), AMP-Port Analysis Tool (AMP-PAT), Rapid Course of Action (COA) Analysis Tool (RCAT), Joint Mobility Closure Estimator (JMCE), and AMP-Transportation Feasibility Assessment (AMP-TFA). Work Details
