The Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate and award a five year, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) fixed price contract with ERAPSCO, 4578 East Park 30 Drive, Columbia City, IN 46725-8869, on a sole source basis for the FY 2019 through 2023 AN/SSQ-36B, AN/SSQ-53G, AN/SSQ-62F, and AN/SSQ-101B Full Rate Production (FRP) sonobuoy requirements. This will be a non-developmental FRP contract.

A sole source contract is consistent with the terms identified within this announcement. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is provided in 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
