The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends utilize other than full and open competition to award a sole source, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost reimbursable contract to Leidos Inc. of Gaithersburg, Maryland for the procurement of one base-year and two (2) six (6) month option periods of supplies and services in support of Undersea Warfare Combat Systems (USWCS).

The Navy has a requirement for Undersea Warfare Combat System (USWCS) product support for fiscal year (FY) 2022 through FY 2026. Three inter-related areas of support are required:

Provision of the required support requires the procurement of supplies such as Tactical Training Equipment (TTE), test, fleet and depot spares, installation material, engineering change kits, and services required in support of those supplies. The services include development and maintenance of logistics products, training, installation, and life-cycle sustainment for United States and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) platforms through FY 2026. These follow-on efforts support the USWCS mission on Ticonderoga Cruisers (CG-47), Arleigh Burke Destroyers (DDG-51), Littoral Combat Ships (LCS), Constellation Frigates (FFG-62), Zumwalt Destroyers (DDG-1000) and FMS platforms.
