Background
This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for Construction Security Monitoring (CSM) Services across Korea. The contract aims to enhance security measures for construction projects, ensuring compliance with the Department of Defense's standards and directives. Only offerors with a DoD Facility Clearance Level (FCL) of Top Secret are eligible to receive the solicitation attachments, which include technical specifications and drawings.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive Construction Security Monitoring (CSM) services, which include:

1. Implementing security measures in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Ensuring adherence to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705.
3. Managing security personnel and resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Developing a mobilization/demobilization plan for personnel and temporary site security structures such as Access Control Points and Secure Storage Areas.
5. Coordinating with construction contractors to ensure seamless integration of security measures during construction activities.

Period of Performance
The base ordering period is five years from the date of award, with options for two additional one-year periods, totaling up to seven years if all options are exercised.
