Description

This is a Firm Fixed Price requirements contract for the repair of miscellaneous NSNs/Spares for the traveling wave tubes and other components applicable to the ALQ-131,161,and 172 electronic warfare systems.

Duration of the Contract Period: Including all ordering periods, the total duration of the contract will be a maximum of five years.

The contract was issued sole source to Teledyne Defense Electronics, LLC, Cage Code:11312 , 11361 Sunrise Park Dr., Rancho Cordova, CA 95742 and includes Teledyne's other location under the same name, using Cage Code: 24022, 1274 Terra Bella Ave. Mountain View, CA 94043. Teledyne Defense Electronics, LLC is the only known qualified/approved source with the data and technical capability to repair these components. Authority: 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2), only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements.
