The contract was not awarded competitively.

The purpose of this requirement is for a Contractor to provide support to identify requirements, tasks, data, deliverables, and infrastructure required for the 402d Software Engineering Group (402 SWEG) at Robins Air Force Base (AFB), Georgia to establish software sustainment capability for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) AN/AAQ-37 DAS System Technical Refresh (TR) 2 Operational Flight Program (OFP). The Government will establish and lead a gap analysis team with the Contractor, who shall provide the necessary data and support.
