Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has awarded a contract modification to Huntington Ingalls
Incorporated (Ingalls Shipbuilding of Pascagoula, MS, 1000 Access Rd, Pascagoula, MS 39567-4485) to previously
awarded contract (N00024-18-C-2406) for the detail design and construction of the Amphibious Transport Dock 32 (LPD 32), including associated incentives and guaranty.
In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), this contract was not competitively procured: Only one responsible source
and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Work to be performed is for the detail design and construction activities for LPD 32.
