Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
The prior awards for NASA’s AML technology software licensing appear to confirm TECHNOSOFT as the incumbent, with Technosoft awarded contract 80NSSC25PB448 (FY25 AML Technology Development Partner Bundle) for $233,889 (07/14/25–07/13/26) and contract 80NSSC24PB559 (AML Technology Partner Software Bundle) for $224,893 (08/15/24–08/14/25). These efforts both involve AML software bundle licensing delivered electronically to NASA Langley, and the current “Development Partner Bundle Renewal” requirement is consistent with a continuation of the same licensing product line and renewal cycle.
