American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Clinical Midyear Booth Rental

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS) has a pharmacist position vacancy rate of 20% as of October 2022. The National IHS Pharmacy Residency Program supports 30 residency programs across the agency and aims to recruit, train, and retain highly qualified pharmacists. There will be 37 residency positions open for the 2024-2025 residency cycle, and there is a critical need for opportunities for potential applicants to interact with multiple programs at one central event to increase visibility and maximize contact with potential applicants.

Work Details
The requirement is for the rental of five booths of at least 10x10 feet at the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Clinical Midyear meeting in Anaheim, CA. The booths will be used for in-person residency showcase staffed by IHS Pharmacy Residency Program directors and other staff. The vendor is expected to provide onsite assistance for troubleshooting booth technical problems during the event, an option to obtain a table to hold recruitment materials, and an option to obtain a contact tracking device for use at the event. The government will provide IHS employees to staff the booth, disposable recruitment materials specific to the agency, and large recruitment displays owned by the agency.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from Dec 3 – 7, 2023, prior to the IHS Pharmacy Residency Program application deadline of Dec 15, 2023.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the ASHP Clinical Midyear meeting in Anaheim, CA.
