Background
The Embassy of the United States of America in Belgrade is seeking proposals for health insurance coverage for its locally employed staff. The goal is to provide comprehensive health insurance that meets minimum benefit levels as specified in the solicitation. The Embassy encourages offerors to propose off-the-shelf plans that align with these requirements.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of health insurance services, which include:

1. **Employee and Dependent Health Insurance Benefits**:
- **Hospitalization & Inpatient Services**: Coverage includes accommodations in hospital rooms, examinations by physicians, diagnostic procedures, therapy during hospital treatment, surgical interventions, outpatient treatments up to specified limits (3,000 EUR for hospitalization, 600 EUR for outpatient treatments, and 1,000 EUR for intraoperative implants).
- **Outpatient Services & Professional Services**: Coverage includes annual physical examinations (general internist exams, ultrasounds, gynecological exams), specialist consultations, minor surgical interventions, chemotherapy and radiation treatments, diagnostic tests and imaging.
- **Medical Transport Services**: Ambulance transportation due to medically necessary conditions.
- **Obstetric and Newborn Care**: Prenatal care and services during pregnancy with a sublimit of 1,000 EUR.
- **Prescription Drugs**: Medications prescribed by licensed providers with a sublimit of 200 EUR.

2. **Performance Standards**: The contractor must ensure that all required services are performed with no more than one customer complaint per month. The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will document complaints and monitor contractor performance.

The services will be performed at the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade.
