The American Embassy in Damascus, Syria, is seeking to procure media monitoring services through solicitation number 19RC1125Q0004. Work Details
The contractor shall provide daily media monitoring and analysis services, which include:

1) Daily Monitoring Reports and Analysis from Syrian local media, regional Arabic, and international language press;

2) Daily Social Media Monitoring and Analysis focusing on significant discussions;

3) A comprehensive daily report summarizing key narratives, political developments, social trends, and economic conditions;

4) Special Analytical Reports upon request;

5) All reports must be delivered by 7:00 AM Syria local time, Monday through Friday;

6) The contractor must ensure reports are free of errors in grammar and factual accuracy;

7) The contractor should demonstrate proficiency in Arabic and English with experience in media monitoring specific to the Middle East.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of one year from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed for the American Embassy in Damascus, Syria.
