AMENDMENT to extend Solicitation Fresh Bread & Bakery Products support for DLA Troop Support to military customers in the San Diego, CA Zone   3

The solicitation document, along with its incorporated provisions and clauses, is effective as of Federal Acquisition Circular September 10, 2019. The Government plans to assess offers and award a contract without engaging in discussions with the offeror. Consequently, the initial offer submitted by the offeror should reflect the best terms from both a pricing and technical perspective. Nevertheless, the Government retains the right to initiate discussions if deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer at a later stage. The Government may reject any or all offers if such action serves the public interest; accept offers that are not the lowest; and waive informalities and minor irregularities in the received offers.

Background
