Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation amendment for Teleradiology Services at the Fayetteville VA Health System Office (VHSO).

The goal of the contract is to provide high-quality teleradiology interpretation services that meet or exceed national standards, ensuring timely and effective patient care.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide qualified contract physicians to perform teleradiology services. Responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily services provided by Contractor’s staff.
- Maintaining written policies regarding staff credentials and privileging.
- Completing background investigations for employees.
- Providing interpretation services that meet standards set by the American College of Radiology and other relevant authorities.
- Delivering routine imaging reports within 24 hours and STAT reports within 60 minutes, with documentation of critical results communicated to referring physicians.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and privacy laws regarding patient information.
- Documenting care in accordance with VHA guidelines, including necessary patient information in reports.
- Conducting peer reviews and ongoing evaluations of contract physicians to ensure quality standards are met.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Fayetteville VA Health System Office.
