- Group 1: DoD Troops - Estimated Minimum: $1,478,205.00; Estimated Maximum: $3,695,512.50
- Group 2: Non-DoD USDA Schools - Estimated Minimum: $115,244,400.00; Estimated Maximum: $288,111,000.00

Total estimated values are $116,722,605.00 minimum and $291,806,512.50 maximum across all groups. The contractor must also have electronic commerce/electronic data interchange capabilities to process orders.
