You have been selected to participate in an FFP (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates LLC (herein known as BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory, with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for the operation of Brookhaven National Laboratory, herewith solicits your proposal for the purchase of (Liquid Helium for the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC) Campaign FY25) as more fully described in the Solicitation (453288CE) dated 12/6/2024.

Background
Brookhaven Science Associates LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting proposals for the purchase of Liquid Helium for the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC) Campaign FY25.

The contract aims to support the operations of RHIC during its experimental campaign, ensuring that necessary cryogenic materials are available.

Work Details
The Offeror shall supply, deliver, and pick up Liquid Helium in strict accordance with Attachment A – SOW 35015140 SOW-01, Rev. 8, dated October 11, 2019.

The scope includes:
- Delivery of Liquid Helium needed for RHIC operations.
- Pickup of excess liquid helium at the end of the 2025 RHIC run.

The resultant contract is not a mandatory source of supply for BSA, and BSA does not guarantee any specific quantity level or dollar amount of purchases resulting from this contract.
