Background
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), Center for Operational Oceanic Products and Services (COOPS) requires operational support and maintenance of the Eastern Great Lakes Water Level Stations. The period of performance for this contract is one base year period of 12 months and four additional 12-month option periods, if exercised, from March 15, 2022, through March 14, 2027. The place of performance is at the separate water stations and meter stations located at NOAA/NOS/CO-OPS/FOD, 672 Independence Parkway, Chesapeake, VA 23320.

Work Details
The work involves operational support and maintenance of the Eastern Great Lakes Water Level Stations. The attached Performance Work Statement provides additional description and requirements for this requirement. The tasks include providing support and maintenance services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement, ensuring compliance with relevant clauses, and adhering to specific business systems requirements such as accounting system administration, earned value management system, estimating system, material management and accounting system, property management system, and purchasing system administration. Additionally, the contractor's responsibility includes past performance evaluation based on recency, relevancy, and quality of relevant work performed; complete pricing addressing all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs); compliance with commercial item provisions; submission of annual representations and certifications electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM); adherence to restrictions on telecommunications equipment or services; verification of satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics; and compliance with provisions related to restricted business operations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is one base year period of 12 months and four additional 12-month option periods (if exercised) for a total period of performance from March 15, 2022 through March 14, 2027.

Performance is required at the separate water stations and meter stations located at NOAA/NOS/CO-OPS/FOD, 672 Independence Parkway, Chesapeake, VA 23320.
