DLA Aviation intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to General Electric Company, CAGE 99207, via a letter Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS). A copy of this solicitation may only be available to requesters by contacting the Point of Contract (POC) for this notice directly.
This notification serves as an amendment to the original soliciation, SPE4AX-21-R-0001. The agency intends to award 98 NSNs under the General Electric (GE) Captains of Industry (COI) Contract SPE4AX-21-D-9416, which supports the T700 Engine. These NSNs were previously covered under the original synopsis and letter RFP but were not awarded at the time for various reasons. Due to the duration of time past, DLA is issuing the subject amendment. The estimated solicitation issue date is November 10, 2022 with an estimated closing date of December 9, 2022.
