Work Details
The contractor will perform annual inspections and maintenance services on Guldmann Service GH3 lifts and ARJO Liko Handicare lifts. The specific tasks include:
1. Annual inspection and service of 12 Guldmann Service GH3 lifts at facilities in Temple, Waco, Killeen, Cedar Park, and Austin.
2. Annual inspection only on ARJO Liko Handicare and Guldmann GH2 lifts at the same locations.
3. All inspections must be conducted according to manufacturer specifications by personnel who are OEM trained.
4. Reports of inspections will be submitted digitally every Monday following the start of inspections, with adjustments made for holidays.
5. The contractor must ensure that access to equipment requiring inspections is provided during normal business hours, with a minimum of five systems accessible per day.

The contract period begins on October 31, 2026, and ends on October 30, 2031, with options for renewal each year.
