Background
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) has a requirement for up to 75,200,000 ANSI/AAMI PB70 Level 2 Isolation Gowns, plus an optional quantity of up to 150,400,000 Level 2 Isolation Gowns that are domestically manufactured with 100% domestic components as required by the Infrastructure and Investment Jobs Act (IIJA)/Make PPE in America. The period of performance is anticipated to total 36 months, from 5 August 2022 through 4 August 2025.

Work Details
The contract requires the manufacture and delivery of ANSI/AAMI Level 2 Disposable Isolation Gowns. The gowns must be domestically manufactured with 100% domestic components. The technical proposal must be no more than 10 pages in length and should include information on the capabilities of the Offeror and a response to HHS’s requirements as defined in the Statement of Work in SECTION C. The technical proposal should reflect a clear understanding of the nature of the work being undertaken.

The Business Proposal shall contain elements such as Contract Form and Representation and Certifications, Business Proposal Cover Sheet, and information on IPP waiver requests.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is anticipated to total 36 months, from 5 August 2022 through 4 August 2025.
