AMENDMENT #3 - DTFAWA-17-R-00007 - ADVANCED FLIGHT SAFETY AND SYSTEM SAFETY SUPPORT

The FAA anticipates an award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract resulting from this Screening Information Request (SIR). The period of performance is anticipated to be one (1) base year and four (4) separate one-year option periods, if exercised. This solicitation/screening information (SIR) request is available as a TOTAL SET-ASIDE for Small Businesses. Each offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with the instructions in Section L of the SIR. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with Section M of the SIR. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. local time (Eastern Time Zone), Tuesday, August 8, 2017 and must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer (CO) @ lakeisha.wiley-bess@faa.gov. Interested parties are encouraged to subscribe to FAACO to receive update notifications concerning the solicitation. Any questions pertaining to this SIR should be sent in writing to the CO at lakeisha.wiley-bess@faa.gov within five (5) days of the release of the SIR, Thursday, July 10, 2017 no later than 2:00 p.m. local time (Eastern Time Zone). The FAA reserves the right not to allow questions after the five (5) day cutoff. No phone calls please. All Offeror questions, concerns, and clarification requests must be made in writing and submitted to the contract specialist lakeisha.wiley-bess@faa.gov.
