Additionally, past performance information regarding predecessor companies, key personnel, joint ventures, project managers, site superintendents with relevant experience or subcontractors that will perform major or critical aspects of the requirement will be evaluated. Offerors are required to include all projects completed at the Coatesville Veteran Affairs Medical Center in the past 5 years completed by Key Personnel or other NCO4 Medical Center projects if no projects were completed at Coatesville Veteran Affairs Medical Center.
