Background
The Project Manager Army Data and Analytics Platforms (PM ARDAP) is part of the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) and is responsible for modernizing Army business processes through scalable, agile, and trusted data platforms.

The Army Data Platform 2.0 (ADP 2.0) aims to enhance data integration, analytics, and visualization capabilities across the Army enterprise, supporting fact-based decision-making and aligning with the Army's Digital Transformation Strategy.

Work Details
The contractor (KTR) will provide all necessary software, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items required for continued product support of Army Vantage.

Key tasks include:
- Developing a tailorable data integration solution that integrates, analyzes, and visualizes information from multiple disparate data sources.
- Ensuring the solution makes data available for use with both KTR’s tools and the Government’s third-party tools.
- Presenting information in an understandable manner for end-users to enable operational workflows.
- Integrating current, future, and historical structured/unstructured datasets.
- Performing predictive analytics and providing forecasting capabilities without custom code.
- Supporting self-service data product management across platforms and integrating agile CI/CD methodologies for rapid software deployment.
- Ensuring interoperability with various analytic tools using open API architecture.

Place of Performance
The contract work will primarily take place at Fort Belvoir, VA.
