Amendment 0003 is attached to this opportunity. Amendment 0003 clarifies that offerors may submit a revised Figure B-3 with their revised Management Plan Worksheet from Amendment 0002.

The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Figure L-2, Managment Plan Baseline, and add language allowing Offerors to submit revised B-3 Pricing Template based on updated L-2 Baseline.

1. The revised attachment Figure L-2 Management Plan Baseline is included with this amendment.

2. Offerors should incorporate the revised L-2 and are to submit revised Figure L-1, Management Plan Worksheet and Management Plan narrative, if required.

3. If offeror's make changes to staffing based on the new Figure L-2, please submit a revised Figure B-3 (Pricing Template) when submitting response to Amendment 0002

4. Please submit any and all amendments with your Proposal of this Solicitation no later than 3:00 p.m. CDT, 23 Apr 2020.
