Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity for FEMA janitorial services in Maynard, Massachusetts appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior contract 70FA5024P00000102 awarded to Transcend Maintenance Services for $81,108 (09/09/24–08/21/25). The scope described for the current requirement—routine daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and periodic deeper cleaning of floors and restrooms—aligns with the type of janitorial services reflected in the incumbent’s prior FEMA janitorial award, suggesting continuity of ongoing facility cleaning needs. Additionally, Transcend has a more recent related purchase order (70FBR126P00000005) for janitorial services at another FEMA facility, reinforcing that the work is part of an established janitorial service pattern.
