Background
The travel needs of USAID/Madagascar require consistent and reliable travel management services through a Travel Management Contractor (TMC).

USAID Madagascar funds travel and makes hotel arrangements for its employees, eligible family members, and visitors. The purpose of this contract is to procure technical services of a TMC to manage these travel needs as specified in the Statement of Work.

Work Details
The Travel Management Contractor must be International Air Transportation Association Network (IATA) certified and provide corporate travel services for official and personal domestic and international travel to US Government employees and their eligible family members.

Services include:
1) Comprehensive travel services including assistance with travel plans, issuing/re-routing airline tickets, making transportation arrangements, and delivering tickets timely;
2) Arranging hotel reservations, confirming/canceling as necessary, and obtaining US Government discount rates;
3) Assisting with trip planning including providing information on car rentals, health requirements, visas, etc.;
4) Delivering tickets, itineraries, and other travel documents as needed;
5) Providing up-to-date information on layover services;
6) Offering pet travel services;
7) Adhering to established US Government contractual agreements for reduced airfares;
8) Complying with mandatory Government programs for air travel;
9) Providing airport assistance;
10) Ensuring ticketing services at net cost;
11) Offering ticket endorsement and rewrite services at no cost to USAID or travelers;
12) Retaining commissions from airlines or suppliers;
13) Providing services to individuals sponsored by participating agencies;
14) Assisting persons with disabilities traveling on official business;
15) Booking the lowest available fares.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed in Madagascar and may include international destinations as required.
