Description

Amendment 1 Digital Communication Platform

This procurement has been designated as a total small business set-aside to align with the Agency's Acquisition Planning Forecast System (APFS), approved by the Small Business Coordinator. The APFS Record was released on April 23, 2020.

The estimated solicitation release date will be no later than May 29, 2020. The solicitation will be posted on GSA eBuy; only eligible small businesses should respond to the solicitation. The solicitation will not be issued directly to interested Offerors who responded to the Sources Sought Notice.

A notice will be posted on betaSAM.gov notifying interested Offerors that the solicitation has been posted on GSA eBuy (GSA RFQ No. and SIN will be provided at this time).

Due to the volume of interested Offerors, phone calls will not be accepted, and general questions will be returned within 24 hours.
