This notice, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Section 5.102, is posted by the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) to announce the issuance of a FINAL Request for Proposal (RFP) for Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) potential Federal Strategic Sourcing Solution.BMO is an unrestricted solicitation. BMO is a Government-Wide, Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) solicitation using full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.1.
