The Purposes of this Amendment 04 are to:

1. amend the solicitation with updated sections of the RFP highlighted in yellow;

2. provide answers to clarification questions submitted by prospective offerors; and

3. change the proposal due/closing date/time to November 16, 2020, 5:00pm Monrovia time.

Dear Propsective Offerors,

The Purposes of this Amendment No. 03 are to:

  1. Update sections of the solicitation which are highlighted in yellow;
  2. Provide answers to questions submitted by prospective offerors; and
  3. Amend the Attachment J.1. of the solicitation.

Dear Prospective Offerors,

The Purposes of this Amendment are to:

1. change the anticipated date of response to questions to October 29, 2020; and

2. change the proposal due/closing date/time to November 9, 2020, 5:00pm Monrovia time.

Please see attached the SF-30 form.

Dear Prospective Offerors:

The purposes of this amendment number one are:

  1. to extend the anticipated date of response to questions from October 19, 2020 to October 27, 2020; and
  2. to extend the proposal due date/time from October 30, 2020 to November 6, 2020.

This procurement will be conducted under Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to Part 6 and 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
