Solicitation W912ER21R0025 - Super Hornet Procurement B, Kuwait is hereby issued for the construction of a new Organizational Level Maintenance Hangar with eight aircraft bays and associated shop spaces. The project includes construction of an adjacent Organizational Level Corrosion Control Hangar with two additional aircraft bays (one for corrosion control and one for a wash bay), associated corrosion control shop spaces, vehicle parking sunshades, related site improvements, and incidental related work.

This project is located at the Al Jaber Air Base in Kuwait.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM), has a requirement to construct support facilities for the Kuwait Air Force F-18 Super Hornet Program at Al Jaber Air Base, Kuwait. The project is a foreign military sale.

Work Details
The construction tasks include mobilization and demobilization, constructing power check pad and compass calibration pad, constructing pump house and water storage tank, constructing maintenance hanger, constructing corrosion control hanger, constructing vehicle parking sunshades, and enhanced turnover assistance. The project will be constructed according to current Kuwaiti, U.S., and Department of Defense codes, safety, and security standards.
