The 2026 JBER Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) is to perform construction, facility repair/alteration, and real
property repair/alteration projects on an as needed basis. The primary work will consist of multiple disciplines in general
construction categories of on-base facilities for JBER, Alaska.

This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (RFO) Part 15,

and Department of the Air Force Mandatory Procedures. This solicitation to comply with the RFO and the R-DFARS

Background
The 2026 JBER Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) is issued by the U.S. Air Force for construction, facility repair/alteration, and real property repair/alteration projects at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska.

The primary goal of this contract is to provide on-base facilities with a range of general construction services as needed. This solicitation is part of a competitive 8(a) program aimed at supporting small businesses.

Work Details
