The General Services Administration requires Operations & Maintenance Services for Federal Buildings in Austin, Texas. This procurement will be procured as a competitive SDVOB set-aside using FAR Part-15 procedures. The solicitation will be issued on or about March13, 2020. The anticipated start date will be on or about July 1, 2020.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) to be used is 561210. The size standard for this NAICS is $41.5M.

Specifically, the Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Contractor shall provide all services in accordance with the requirements of the specifications at the locations listed below.

• JJ Pickle Federal Building, 300 E. 8th Street, Austin TX
• Homer Thornberry Federal Building, 903 San Jacinto, Austin TX
• Austin Federal Courthouse, 501 5th Street, Austing TX
