Amendment 0006 to Final RFP for the internal Contractor Support Services Contract at NAWCTSD   8

Background
The solicitation is for the Internal Contractor Support Services (iCSS) Contract at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD).
The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive contractor support services to enhance the operational capabilities of the NAWCTSD.
The anticipated contract start date is September 1, 2025, with a mobilization period of 60 days leading up to the service start date on November 1, 2025.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for various tasks under the iCSS contract including:
1. Mobilization: A 60-day period for hiring and training personnel, obtaining security clearances, and preparing for contract execution.
2. Labor: Providing Contractor Support Services (CSS) labor as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW), which includes various labor categories and hours as defined in individual task orders.
3. Travel: All travel costs must be managed according to SOW guidelines and will be reimbursed at cost without any additional fee.
4. Management Reports: Deliverables include a Contract Deliverable Requirement List (CDRL) detailing required technical data to be submitted under this contract.
5. Compliance with security protocols including providing locator information for employees requiring permanent badges for access to NAWCTSD facilities.

Period of Performance
The period of performance begins with a mobilization phase starting on September 1, 2025, followed by service execution commencing on November 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily take place at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division located at 12211 Science Drive, Orlando, Florida.
