AMENDMENT 0005

The Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division (ACC-APG/NCD) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W911QY-17-R-0029 for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the following services at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR): scientific and technical development support, program management and operational support, laboratory management support, clinical research coordination support, protocol review support, physiological support, psychological support, veterinarian and animal care support, statistical support, Polysomnographic support, clinical monitoring support and administrative support.

The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541712 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is 1,000 employees.

The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price basis for a base period and four (4) option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price. The anticipated award date is on or about 30 May 2017.

The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on Feb Biz Opps Website at http://www.fbo.gov. It is the contractors' responsibility to check the above-listed internet address daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors.

Solicitation issue date is expected to be on or about 10 March 2017. Quotes are anticipated to be due on or about 11 April 2017.
