This is a requirement to construct an Electrical System Upgrade to support the growing mission within the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Collaboration and Intelligence (C5I) Complex at the Naval Support Activity (NSA), in Bahrain. This is a D-B-B project and is referenced as P-974 Electrical System Upgrade. This requirement is to construct a more resilient medium-voltage distribution system. Increased resiliency provides a more secure system with fewer single points of failure, as well as, a more flexible system in which outages and fluctuations managed, lessening the impacts to critical facilities.

Background
This is a requirement to construct an Electrical System Upgrade to support the growing mission within the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Collaboration and Intelligence (C5I) Complex at the Naval Support Activity (NSA) in Bahrain. The goal of the contract is to construct a more resilient medium-voltage distribution system to provide a more secure system with fewer single points of failure and a more flexible system in which outages and fluctuations are managed, lessening the impacts to critical facilities.

Work Details
The work includes the construction of an Electrical Distribution System-P974.
