This MATOC is part of an overall U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Acquisition Execution Strategy for Construction and Design-Build of multiple projects/facilities to support Saudi Arabia FMS Program and U.S. Forces program requirements in the U.S. Central Command Area of Responsibility (CENTCOM AOR) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The work contemplated under this MATOC includes construction utilizing design-build (DB), site-adapt-construction (SAC), design-bid-build (DBB), renovations and repairs.
