Background

Work Details
The work involves various tasks related to headstone maintenance, including:
1. Cleaning and fine-tuning headstones using approved cleaning solutions such as D/2 Biological Solution.
2. Performing maintenance tasks such as realigning headstones while ensuring that only one section is raised or realigned at a time unless prior approval is obtained from the District.
3. Mobilization and transportation of headstones, which may require more than the estimated 5-10 minutes due to factors like weather conditions, staffing, equipment used, and government coordination for inspections.
4. The contractor must be prepared to perform multiple tasks on-site depending on weather conditions and should have a laydown area measuring 135 feet x 85 feet for staging equipment and materials.
5. The contractor must adhere to wage determinations for laborers, specifically Common/General Laborer rates as outlined in OH20250091.
