Q&A Amendment No. 0003 for RFQ 36C26224Q1523:

1. The purpose of this amendment is to: (a) update the Performance Work Statement for clarification, (b) provide answers to the inquiries received within the inquiry period, and (c) correct administrative / spelling errors.

2. All responses due via email only to katharine.robert@va.gov NLT 9:00 AM MT, November 17, 2025.

3. Late submissions will not be considered.

4. Contractor must be able to mobilize at full capacity by 01/01/2026.

5. See Addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-1, Additional Instructions, for additional submission instructions and required submittals. Failure to follow these instructions will result in the rejection of an offer without further consideration for award.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this contract to provide non-emergency wheelchair and hired car transportation services for veterans at the San Diego VA Medical Center and its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).
