AMENDMENT 0003 - Facility Management (Annex 1501) & Facility Investment (Annex 1502) Services for MCBCB, GUAM   4

Background
The solicitation is for Facility Management and Facility Investment services in support of NSA Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB) on the Island of Guam and facilities located at other islands in the Marianas chain including Rota, Tinian, and Saipan. The estimated start date is 01 AUG 2024, with an initial contract term of one year and the potential for four option periods of one year each. The contract may be extended beyond the established 60 months to an additional six months. The transition period allows the successful offeror 60 days to mobilize and transition into place, with a pre-performance conference required within 30 days of contract award.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform Annex 1501 Facility Management and Annex 1502 Facility Investment services at various locations including NSA Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB), Navy Support Andersen (NSA) Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Skaggs, Harmon, future facilities at Mason Live Fire Training Range Complex (LFTRC), and other locations on the Island of Guam and facilities located at other islands in the Marianas chain. The work includes recurring and non-recurring services for each option period. Deliverables must be submitted electronically in a format compatible with Microsoft Office 2016 or on a CD-ROM.

Period of Performance
The estimated start date is 01 AUG 2024, with an initial contract term of one year. The entire duration of the contract if all options are exercised is five years (60 months). There are four option periods, each with a term of performance of one year (12 months). Additionally, there may be a need to extend the performance period beyond the established 60 months to an additional six months.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB), Navy Support Andersen (NSA) Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Skaggs, Harmon, future facilities at Mason Live Fire Training Range Complex (LFTRC), as well as other locations on the Island of Guam and facilities located at other islands in the Marianas chain including Rota, Tinian, and Saipan.
