Background
The contract is issued by the United States Air Force for services related to leisure travel at Yokota Air Base, Japan. Work Details
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to operate and maintain a commercial travel office at Yokota Air Base, Japan for unofficial travel services as defined in the Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS). The contractor is responsible for providing leisure travel services excluding air tickets, which include international tour packages, hotel bookings, and visa services.

The concessionaire will pay a percentage of gross sales on a monthly basis to the Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) for these services. Additionally, for air travel (air tickets), the concessionaire will pay a specified amount per ticket on a monthly basis. The contract includes options for additional one-year periods with similar service requirements.

Period of Performance
The basic period of performance is from September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025. The contract may be extended for additional one-year periods by mutual agreement but shall not exceed five years in total duration.
