This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Electronic Security System (ESS) maintenance and repair services. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, management, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, to perform maintenance, repairs, replace to repair, adjustments, installations, surveying, system designs, removal, and replacement services during facility renovations, projects, system administration, and Cyber Security Information Assurance (IA) for each Electronic Security System (ESS) under this contract at Fort Cavazos, Texas. The Contractor selected for this service contract must be a current DAQ ICIDS Certified VAR (Value Added Reseller) for sales, installation, configuration, and maintenance-related services. The Contractor must maintain an active VAR status with DAQ throughout the life of this contract. Interfaced into the Fort Cavazos ICIDS-V are Intrusion Detection protection and Entry Control Equipment (ECE) for controlled facility access. The ICIDS-V System consists of commercial-off-the-shelf hardware and software. The ICIDS-V platform is the DAQ Electronics StarWatch Security Management Software (SMS).

Background
This contract is issued by the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) at Fort Cavazos, Texas, aimed at providing Electronic Security System (ESS) maintenance and repair services. The agency's mission is to ensure the security and safety of its facilities through reliable electronic security systems. The goal of this contract is to maintain and enhance the functionality of these systems, which include Intrusion Detection protection and Entry Control Equipment for controlled facility access.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform a variety of tasks including: maintenance, repairs, replacements, adjustments, installations, surveying, system designs, and Cyber Security Information Assurance for each Electronic Security System under this contract. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, management, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision required for these tasks. Additionally, the contractor must be a current DAQ ICIDS Certified VAR (Value Added Reseller) for sales, installation, configuration, and maintenance-related services throughout the life of the contract. The work will be conducted at Fort Cavazos using commercial-off-the-shelf hardware and software integrated into the Fort Cavazos ICIDS-V system.

The period of performance for this contract is from June 18, 2025 to June 17, 2030.
