Amendment 0002 Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Medium Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Naval Engineering Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast

Background
This acquisition will result in the award of a Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACCs) for medium-sized general construction projects.

The projects include new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair located in the NAVFAC Southeast Area of Operation, which encompasses Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.

The goal of this contract is to provide efficient and effective construction services to support the mission of the Naval Engineering Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southeast.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. General construction tasks such as new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair.
2. Projects must demonstrate multi-discipline construction experience with a contract value of $4 million or greater.
3. At least one project must be a new construction and one must be a renovation project.
4. Projects should include at least one Design-Build (DB) and one Design-Bid-Build (DBB) project.
5. Offerors are required to submit five relevant construction projects and six relevant design projects completed within the past seven years.
6. Safety performance will be evaluated based on DART rates and TCR trends over the last five years.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations for performance include various states within the NAVFAC Southeast Area of Operation: Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
