The design services are detailed in the attached Screening Information Request (SIR) 697DCK-19-R-00032, to include all attachments. The FAA anticipates an award of an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) year base period and at the FAA TMs discretion, two 2-year option periods. Offers, submitted in response to this Screening Information Request (SIR) will be evaluated in two phases with the most highly competitive proposals advancing to Phase II. This approach and other Offeror submission requirements are provided in Section L.
