Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W912ER22R0017 Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) is hereby issued to revise Specifications (Section 01 11 00) for ATCT at Imam Ali Air Base, Iraq. See attachment for additional details.

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM), has a foreign military sale requirement to repair the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and support facilities for the Iraq Air Force Command at Imam Ali Airbase, Iraq. The project is a foreign military sale (FMS) case authorized under IQ-D-QBE. The project is located at the Imam Ali Air Base located near Nasiriyah, Iraq, in southern Iraq, approximately 120 miles northeast of the city of Basra.

Work Details
The effort shall provide for the repair, restoration and upgrade of the existing ATCT at Imam Ali Air Base, Iraq. The repair, restoration and upgrade of the ATCT will include complete structural integrity, electrical power, backup electrical power including diesel generators, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, fire suppression systems, plumbing systems, conveyance systems, lightning grounding protection, doors, windows, floors and other building systems as required.
The overall Period of Performance (PoP) shall be three hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP) for the entire scope of work.
