Amendment 0001 to the Corporate Personal Services Staffing Contract

Background
The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is a U.S. Government corporation with a mission to provide assistance supporting economic growth and poverty reduction in selected countries demonstrating commitment to good governance, economic freedom, and investments in their citizenry. The MCC's values are Collaboration, Learning, Excellence, Accountability, and Respect. The contractor is required to execute a personal services indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to augment MCC's staff across the agency.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide staffing support for approximately twenty to thirty positions aligned with the traditional Office of Personnel and Management (OPM) job family standard for Administrative Work in various job families such as Information Technology Group, Financial Clerical and Technician Series, Management and Program Clerical and Assistance Series, Economist Series, Miscellaneous Administration and Program Series, General Attorney Series, Writing and Editing Series, Records and Information Management Series. Each position description will have an associated level guiding the contractor in proposing suitable labor categories and candidates. The nature of the work under this contract necessitates direct supervision of the contractor's staff by Millennium Challenge Corporation supervisors.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this requirement is for five (5) years with no option periods on the IDIQ contract. Task Orders will be issued throughout the period of performance of the IDIQ Contract at the discretion of MCC.

Place of Performance
The place of performance shall be established by each individual task order. Individuals may be required to work at the MCC HQ in Washington, DC or at a remote location within the United States. Personal Service Contractors may be required to travel to support MCC compact and threshold countries.
