Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for snow removal services at the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center located in Milwaukee, WI.

The contract aims to ensure safe access to the facility during winter months by providing timely snow removal and salting services. This requirement is set aside for 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) verified within the Small Business Administration’s database.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, travel, parking fees, supervision, and incidental services necessary for snow removal and salting at designated areas of the Clement J. Zablocki VAMC.

Services include:
- Snow removal from approximately 801,046 square feet of parking lots and other designated areas as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Salting services to ensure safe conditions during winter weather.
- On-call service may be required 24/7 based on snowfall amounts.
- The contractor must follow up each service visit with an email to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) documenting services rendered.
- All work must adhere to OSHA/Safety requirements and protect government property during execution.

Period of Performance
Base Year: October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026; Option Year 1: October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027; Option Year 2: October 1, 2027 - September 30, 2028; Option Year 3: October 1, 2028 - September 30, 2029; Option Year 4: October 1, 2029 - September 30, 2030.
