The purpose of this amendment is to add Attachment 6 RFP Questions and Responses, which answers the solicitation questions. Attachment 7 Site Visit Attendees list is also provided. In addition, this amendment extends the proposal due date from 28 August 2023 to 01 September 2023 at 12:00 PM Noon Eastern time.

Set-aside: This solicitation is a 100 percent competitive HUBZone set-aside.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service requires a Contractor for the reconstruction of the PR-191 main water distribution system. The work includes installation of approximately three miles of HDPE waterline.

Offers submitted in response to this solicitation shall include a technical proposal and a price proposal. Offerors are encouraged to submit all questions in writing by August 18, 2023, at 1200 EST. An abstract of the questions and answers, and a list of conference attendees, will be disseminated.

Site Visit: An organized site visit has been scheduled for August 14, 2023, at 0900AM Eastern Time. Participants will meet at- El Yunque National Forest Catalina Headquarters Office Parking, Rio Grande Municipality, Puerto Rico.
