Amendment 0001 - Environmental Planning & Conservation services, NAVFAC Washington AOR & US Territories   3

This is a Solicitation Notice for Environmental Planning and Conservation for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Area of Responsibility (AOR) and US Territories.

Offerors will be required to perform Environmental Planning and Conservation services which include: Environmental Planning, Natural Resources, Cultural Resources, Installation Restoration, compliance-related projects, and related technical data and reports in compliance with applicable Department of Defense (DoD); Department of Navy (DON);
Federal, State and local statutes and regulations; and with DoD and DON policies, instructions and guidance.

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:

(a) Extend the proposal due date from 18 May 2020 at 2:00PM EST to 27 May 2020 at 2:00PM EST.

(b) Provide Government responses to RFIs, via attachment under file name: N4008020R0012_GPIF
dated 12 May 2020_Amendment 0001

(c) Update position title for discipline #7 in Section C -Descriptions and Specifications, in response to RFI#28

(d) Revise Content of Proposals Clause 5252.215-9300.

(e) Revise SECTION L - INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES TO BIDDERS, L.1 PERIOD OF ACCEPTANCE.

(f) Revise SECTION L - INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES TO BIDDERS, L.2 PROPOSAL DELIVERY.

(g) Revise Evaluation Factors for Award in Section M.

(h) Delete FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting and replace with FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on
Subcontracting. Class Deviation 2019-O0003 DEV (Dec 2018).
