Amendment 0001 has been issued to answer questions submitted by Potential Offerors. See attached Amendment 0001 and include a signed copy with your quotation package.
The Contractor shall perform Mold Remediation at the Committal Building on Calverton National Cemetery in accordance with the Statement of Work. Be sure to include a signed copy of any amendments, if applicable, with your quote package. See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration is issuing this Combined Synopsis Solicitation for mold remediation services at the Calverton National Cemetery. The goal of this contract is to ensure the Committal Building is free from mold, thereby preserving the integrity and safety of the facility for veterans and their families.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform mold remediation services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Key tasks include:

1. Providing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete mold remediation services as specified in the SOW.

2. Ensuring that all work is conducted with care and respect for the cemetery environment, particularly regarding headstones and markers.

3. Following all applicable safety regulations and obtaining necessary licenses for personnel involved in mold abatement.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be 30 calendar days from the date of contract award.
