Amendment 0001 has been issued to answer questions submitted by potential Quoters. Please see attached Amendment and include a signed and dated copy with your quotation package.
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to provide tree removal, stump grinding, and pruning services at Bath National Cemetery and Woodlawn National Cemetery in New York. See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration is issuing this contract for tree removal, stump grinding, and pruning services at Bath National Cemetery and Woodlawn National Cemetery in New York.

These cemeteries serve as national shrines honoring veterans, providing a final resting place and memorials that commemorate their service. The goal of this contract is to maintain the integrity and appearance of these historic sites while ensuring the utmost respect for the remains and memorials present.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to perform the following tasks:
1. Tree Removal:
- Bath National Cemetery: Remove a total of six (6) trees as specified in the Statement of Work.
- Woodlawn National Cemetery: Remove three (3) trees as specified in the Statement of Work.
2. Stump Grinding: Perform stump grinding for all removed trees at both cemeteries.
3. Pruning Services: Conduct deadwood pruning for eighteen (18) trees at Woodlawn National Cemetery.
4. Soil Seeding: Seed the cavities left by stump removal at both cemeteries.
5. Compliance with Dignity Clause: All work must be performed with care and respect for headstones and markers, ensuring no damage occurs during operations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be 180 days after the contract award date.

Place of Performance
Bath National Cemetery located in Bath, NY and Woodlawn National Cemetery located in Elmira, NY.
